Do You Charge By the Hour?

If the customer or property manager prefers it we will, otherwise we usually charge by the job.

Do You Offer Video Consultations?

If you send us 3 or more videos or pictures of the job you'd like completed you'll get up to 10% off. Video consults can often be easier and faster for both us and the customer

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We prefer payments via check and cash. We also accept credit but require a 3% convenience fee added. For larger projects over $5,000 we ask for 50% at the start and 50% at completion.

Are you licensed and insured

All those who work for the Handy Handyman either have insurance through our company or provide it themselves. At this time we are not licensed, but our people have over 15 years of combined experience. Ask us questions and you'll find we are knowledgeable.
